Mushroom  Ravioli

Why you'll love it

Make our incredible ravioli  in your own kitchen and enjoy with our homemade red sauce.

What you need:

ravioli dough olive oil yellow onion shiitake mushrooms  oyster mushrooms garlic cloves kosher salt brie round cherry tomatoes red grapes

Prepare

Prepare ravioli dough, mushroom filling and pasta sauce according to recipe. Once the dough is thin enough, trim it into two equal-sized rectangles.

Scoop

Scoop your filling onto the bottom half of each piece of dough. Then, place 1 brie piece on top of each mushroom scoop. Add top layer of dough. Seal closed.

Cut

Cut out the ravioli and place them on a semolina-dusted baking sheet. Set them aside for 30 min. at room temperature to dry. Cook in boiling water until done.

Serve

Add the ravioli to the sauce and gently fold them together. Serve with your favorite bread!
