Creme Brûlée Cheesecake

Why you'll love it

A classic mini cheesecake, but flavored like creme brûlée with a hard, sugary topping.

What you need:

graham cracker crumbs unsalted butter granulated sugar  cream cheese  vanilla extract light brown sugar eggs

Preheat

Preheat oven to 350℉ & line a mini muffin pan with tin foil liners. Place graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, & sugar into a bowl. Mix until combined.

Add

Press mix into muffin. Place in the oven. Bake for 5 minutes. Set aside, and leave the oven on. Make cream cheese mixture. Add to graham cracker crust.

Bake

Bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Afterwards, prepare the topping in a bowl.

Serve

Remove wrapper & add sugar mix to each cheesecake. Broil on high for 2-3 minutes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
