Pasta Salad

Why you'll love it

Add a flavorful twist to a traditional pasta salad with this Mexican pasta salad!

What you need:

cavatappi pasta canned black beans cherry tomatoes frozen corn thawed green bell pepper queso fresco red onion fresh cilantro ranch dressing sour cream taco seasoning

Boil

Bring pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions for about 8 minutes. Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water.

Add

Place the cooked pasta, beans, tomatoes, corn, peppers, cheese, onion, and cilantro into a large bowl. Set aside.

Pour

Add ranch, sour cream, taco seasoning, and salsa. Stir to combine. Pour dressing over ingredients and stir to coat well.

Serve

To serve, garnish with more chopped cilantro and queso fresco.
