Mascarpone Cheesecake

If you’re on the hunt for the richest, creamiest cheesecake, you NEED this in your life!

What you need:

Biscoff cookies crumbs granulated sugar unsalted butter honey mascarpone cheese cream cheese granulated sugar vanilla extract eggs sweet condensed milk

Preheat

Preheat the oven to 325℉. Beat mascarpone, cream cheese, & sugar on medium speed until smooth. Add in the vanilla and mix once more. Mix in the eggs.

Bake

Place on a baking sheet & in the oven on the middle rack. Pour 1-inch of hot water onto the baking sheet. Bake until edges are set and golden brown.

Refrigerate

Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let it cool for about 1 hour. Once cooled, transfer to fridge and allow to cool for at least 6 hours.

Serve

Prepare caramel topping using sweetened condensed milk. Top cheesecake with caramel sauce and remaining crushed Biscoff cookies.
