Heat
Heat a small skillet, add olive oil & sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Combine
Remove from the heat and add to a large measuring cup with a pour spout. Add the red pepper flakes, dried thyme, and salt to the olive oil and whisk. Set aside.

Pour
Place goat cheese rounds into Mason jar. Tuck onions, lemons & basil around. Pour the olive oil mixture over the goat cheese and cover the Mason jar.

Turn
Gently turn the Mason jar upside down a few times. Let the goat cheese marinate for 1-3 hours in a cool, dark place. Enjoy immediately.
