Cheese Tortilla

Why you'll love it

Skip the carb loaded tortilla and make these easy low carb cheese taco shells!

What you need:

olive oil round cheddar cheese slices

Heat Oil

First, drizzle olive oil in a nonstick frying pan and heat over medium heat.

Cook Cheese

Place cheese and heat until it begins to bubble & brown around the edges - around 4-5 minutes.

Cool

Remove the pan from the heat and let the cheese tortilla cool for 2-3 minutes. It will continue to harden as it cools.

Shape Tortilla

Remove from pan. If keeping a flat tortilla, leave it on the plate. If making a hard shell taco, drape the tortilla over a spoon before it fully cools.
