Mac and  Cheese

Why you'll love it

Fresh lobster tail & a delicious 3-cheese mac and cheese sauce make a perfect mac and cheese!

What you need:

cavatappi noodles heavy cream creole seasoning gruyere cheese  mild cheddar cheese taleggio cheese  lobster tail  unsalted butter anchovy paste minced garlic panko bread crumbs

Cook

Cook lobster in salted water - 1 minute per ounce. Drain, rinse & remove meat. Then cook pasta. Strain & set aside.

Melt

Bring the heavy cream to a simmer in skillet. Add the creole seasoning. Add cheeses & heat until melted. Fold in lobster & simmer. Pour over noodles.

Combine

In a large skillet, melt butter. Add the minced garlic & anchovy paste. Combine anchovy paste into butter & garlic. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Top

Add the panko crumbs to the butter mixture & cook for 5 min. Top the lobster mac and cheese with the bread crumbs & serve with fresh parsley.
