Key Lime  Pie

All of your favorite key lime pie flavors with a cream cheese filling!

What you need:

graham cracker crumbs brown sugar unsalted butter cream cheese sweetened condensed milk lime juice heavy cream powdered sugar lime zest

Make Crust

Mix cookie crumbs, brown sugar and butter until combined. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight.


Make Filling

Beat cream cheese until creamy. Add sweetened condensed milk & lime juice until smooth and set aside. Whip heavy cream until fluffy, then add sugar.


Chill Filling

Gently fold cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream. Pour filling into crust, cover with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator overnight.



Add heavy cream to a stand mixer, whip and add sugar until stiff peaks form. Top pie with cream and lime zest. Cut into 8 slices and serve!
