Keto  Quesadillas

Full of protein and healthy fats, these keto quesadillas are guilt-free and so delicious!

What you need:

cheddar cheese rounds ground beef taco seasoning greek yogurt guacamole cherry tomatoes red onion cilantro

Make Tortillas

Heat olive oil and then heat cheese until crispy. Remove from heat and let harden. Remove from pan and repeat.


Cook Beef

Add ground beef to large skillet. Brown, add taco seasoning and water. Lower heat and let simmer until thickened.



Add greek yogurt and guacamole, then add the beef and other ingredients. Top with other tortilla.


Cut Quesadilla

Cut the quesadillas into quarters with a sharp knife in a flat, firm downward motion to avoid the cheese tortillas from cracking.
