Cream Butter & Sugar
Cream butter and sugar in a stand mixer. Then, add eggs and ricotta cheese and mix until smooth.
Add Dry Ingredients & Chill
Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Then, refrigerate dough for 3-4 hours to chill.
Scoop & Bake
Scoop cookie dough and roll into balls. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350ºF for 12 minutes.
Use a hand mixer to combine butter, milk, and powdered sugar. Mix until creamy. Then dip each cookie.
