These ricotta cookies are light, airy, and the perfect Christmas Cookies!

STEP 1

Cream Butter & Sugar

Cream butter and sugar in a stand mixer. Then, add eggs and ricotta cheese and mix until smooth.

Add Dry Ingredients

Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Then, refrigerate dough for 3-4 hours to chill.

STEP 2

Scoop & Bake

Scoop cookie dough and roll into balls. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350ΒΊF for 12 minutes.

STEP 3

Make Glaze

Use a hand mixer to combine butter, milk, and powdered sugar. Mix until creamy. Then dip each cookie.

STEP 4

Decorate & Enjoy!

Decorate ricotta cookies with sprinkles or orange zest and enjoy!Β
