Simple Ingredients
For this mac and cheese you need macaroni noodles, cheddar cheese, broth, heavy cream, hot sauce, salt, and butter.
Step 1: Add Noodles & Cook
Sauté garlic in butter. Then, add the macaroni noodles and broth and mix together to combine. Pressure cook on high for 4 minutes.
Step 2: Add Cheese
Immediately open the Instant Pot and mix the noodles. Add shredded cheddar cheese while the noodles are still hot.
Step 3: Add Cream & Mix
Add heavy cream to the noodles and mix with a wooden spoon for 1-2 minutes or until all the cheese melts.
Step 4: Adjust Salt & Hot Sauce
Give your Instant Pot Mac and Cheese a taste test and add salt and hot sauce to taste. Enjoy!
