Save time and make cheesecake in the Instant Pot!

What you need:

Cream cheese Sugar Sour cream Graham crackers Butter Cinnamon

Mix Crust

Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, salt, and cinnamon.

Freeze Crust

Press the crust into the springform pan. Then, wrap it tightly and freeze it for 15 minutes.

Mix Cheesecake

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Pour filling on top of crust and tightly wrap It with foil.

Cook Cheesecake

Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes. Then, naturally release for 10 minutes.

Decorate

Let cheesecake cool in Instant Pot for 2 hours and then in the fridge for 4. Decorate with whipped cream and serve!
