Cheese  Tortellini

Why you'll love it

Make your own homemade cheese tortellini with a few basic ingredients!

What you need:

all-purpose flour water mascarpone cheese salt ricotta cheese mozzarella cheese asiago cheese romano cheese Italian seasoning

Combine

Combine all cheeses & add the Italian seasoning. Mix until incorporated. Add  flour & salt. Make a well. Add water & mascarpone until loose ball forms.

Transfer

Transfer dough to table & knead for 5 minutes. Add water as needed. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap let rest for 30 min. Lightly flour work surface.

Roll

Roll dough until thin enough to see your fingers through. Trim it into 2 inch by 2 inch squares. Scoop your filling into the center of the squares & fold.

Boil

Wet your finger again and press the two bottom tips together to form the ravioli. Boil until the tortellini has started to float. Toss with sauce & enjoy!
