Homemade Ravioli

Why you'll love it

You can't beat homemade noodles. These homemade ravioli's may be easier to make than you think!

What you need:

all-purpose flour semolina flour kosher salt egg yolks olive oil ricotta cheese mozzarella cheese grated parmesan garlic powder dried Italian seasoning crushed red pepper flakes

Dough

First, make your pasta dough by slowly combining ingredients in food processor, adding water as needed until dough forms.

Roll

Next, refrigerate your dough. Then, roll out the dough on a floured surface. Roll out the dough until it's thin enough to see your fingers through the dough.

Filling

Combine the filling ingredients together in bowl, adding the egg last. Mix until combined.

Form

Place about 2 tsp of filling onto the pasta, leaving room to be able to cut the raviolis. Lastly, fold in half and cut the pasta with a ravioli cutter.

Boil & Serve

Boil your pasta in salted water until they float - about 2 minutes. Drain pasta and serve with pasta sauce and parmesan!
