Nacho Cheese Sauce

Why you'll love it

Tuna, egg noodles, frozen peas, and cheddar cheese in a delicious mushroom sauce!

What you need:

sharp cheddar cheese cornstarch evaporated milk Velveeta cheese  diced green chilies

Shred Cheese

First, shred the cheddar cheese into a large bowl.

Sprinkle

Sprinkle cornstarch onto the cheddar shreds and toss to coat. In a small saucepan add the evaporated milk, cheddar, Velveeta, and green chilies.

Cook

Cook over low/medium heat whisking the whole time until the sauce is smooth. About 5 minutes.

Serve

Top with cilantro and extra jalapenos. Serve immediately with your favorite chips!
