Prepare
Preheat oven to 350 & set aside a baking dish. Prepare salsa verde according to recipe & fry tortillas.

Fill Tortillas
Mix together chicken, cheese, 3/4 cup of the salsa verde. Add salsa verde to bottom of baking dish. Add beans to tortilla and top with chicken mixture.

Roll
Roll tortillas & place seam side down into baking dish. Top with remaining salsa verde & cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Add Toppings
Mix together the tomato, avocado, and cilantro, & season to taste. Add to enchiladas, along with queso fresco and sour cream and enjoy!
