Halloumi Skewers

This grilled halloumi and veggie recipe uses a sweet and savory marinade that's perfect for summer!

What you need:

Halloumi Red bell pepper Onion Garlic Za'atar spice Mint leaves Honey Olive oil

Chop Veggies

Cut the halloumi, peppers, and onion into 1-inch chunks and place in a medium bowl, and set aside.

Marinade

Whisk together garlic, mint, za'atar, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Pour over veggies & halloumi and toss to coat.

Assemble

Thread marinated veggies & halloumi through wooden skewers, alternating between veggies & cheese as you work.

Grill

Place skewers on grill at medium to high heat. Grill skewers until the cheese is just crisped & veggies are cooked through. Serve & enjoy!
