Grape Salad

Why you'll love it

Crisp grapes combined with a tangy cream cheese dressing and topped with candied pecans.

What you need:

roasted pecans granulated sugar cayenne pepper unsalted butter cream cheese sour cream maple syrup vanilla extract red grapes green grapes

Stir

Add pecans, sugar, cayenne pepper, & butter to heated skillet. Meanwhile, stir the nuts often so they become completely coated in the sugar mixture.

Cool

Transfer the nuts to a plate or small baking dish to cool. Set aside.

Mix

Add the cream cheese, sour cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a large bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix until combined.

Serve

Combine the grapes, dressing, and nuts. Serve immediately.
