This goat cheese risotto is so creamy and easy to make!

What you need:

Arborio rice Shallot Garlic Goat cheese Broth

Toast Rice

Add olive oil to a skillet. Then, add in arborio rice and toast for 1-2 minutes.

Add Milk

Cook onion, shallot, and garlic in olive oil. Then, add broth and fresh sage and bring the broth to a gentle boil.

Add Cheese

Slowly add 1/2 up of broth to the rice and let it fully absorb. Continue adding broth by the 1/2 cup until rice is fully cooked. Finally, add in goat cheese.

Serve

Serve goat cheese risotto with fresh sage and more dollops of goat cheese. Enjoy this vegetarian meal!
