Gluten Free Mac and Cheese

Gluten free noodles and a gluten free roux make a perfect creamy mac and cheese!

What you need:

butter oat flour 2% milk salt garlic powder ground pepper cheddar cheese gluten free noodles

Make Roux

Heat large pot over med/high heat & melt butter. Whisk in flour until paste forms. Add milk and whisk until thickened.


Add Cheese

When the roux is thick, remove from heat and add the cheddar cheese. Whisk until cheese is melted. Add seasonings and mix well.


Add Noodles

Add the noodles to the cheese sauce and mix until the noodles are fully covered.
