Bake
Preheat oven to 350ºF & bake cake mix on a baking sheet for 5-7 minutes until it reaches 160ºF. Remove from oven & set aside to cool.

Add
Add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream & vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl. Whip until peaks form. Set aside.

Whip
In a separate bowl, add the cream cheese and whip until fluffy. Add cake mix, 1 tbsp of heavy cream & salt to the cream cheese and beat on low until combined.

Serve
Fold the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture. Transfer the funfetti dish to a serving bowl or platter and sprinkle on rainbow sprinkles.
