Taco Lasagna

Make dinner easy and delicious with this cheesy taco lasagna made in a casserole dish!

what you need:

Flour tortillas Ground beef Taco seasoning Pico de gallo  Heavy cream Shredded cheddar Butter Sour cream

Taco Meat

First, brown the ground beef in a nonstick skillet and season with taco seasoning. Feel free to make homemade seasoning or use store-bought.


Cheese Sauce

Make cheese sauce by melting butter in a sauce pan. Then, add heavy cream and cheddar cheese and whisk until melted and cheesy.


Layer Tortillas

Spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Then, layer on halved tortillas so that the entire bottom is covered.


Layer, Layer, Layer

Top with 1/3 of the taco meat, 1/3 of the cheese sauce, and sprinkle on pico de gallo. Be generous here!



Add another layer of halved tortillas and repeat 2 more times to form your taco lasagna.


Cheese & Bake

Top everything with a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese and bake taco lasagna at 400ºF for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
