Ham & Cheese Quiche

Why you'll love it

It’s simply made with a store-bought crust, fluffy eggs, diced ham, and loads of cheese.

What you need:

pie crust eggs milk heavy cream garlic kosher salt ham cheddar cheese green onions

Prepare

Preheat the oven to 425ºF and grease an 8-inch pie pan. Unroll crust & add it to the pan. Poke the bottom of the crust with a fork  and fill it with pie weights.

Combine

Bake for 10 minutes, then set the crust aside. Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, garlic, and salt until smooth and well combined.

Pour

Sprinkle the diced ham & 1 cup of cheddar cheese over pie crust. Pour over the egg mixture and top with the sliced green onions and remaining ¼ cup of cheese.

Bake

Reduce oven to 375ºF & bake for 40-45 minutes, or until center is set. Allow the quiche to cool slightly before slicing.
