Chili Cheese Dip

Whip up this chili cheese dip in minutes and with just 4 ingredients!

What you need:

canned chili  cream cheese, cubed jalapeño, minced pepper jack cheese olive oil For Garnish: green onion, parsley, avocado, or sour cream (all optional)

Mince

First, mince your jalapeños. Remove the seeds if you prefer a more mild cheese dip, and keep them if you prefer your dip spicier.

Combine

First, sauté the jalapeños. Then, add the canned (or homemade) chili and cream cheese on medium heat.

Shredded Cheese

Add in the freshly shredded pepper jack cheese and mix until creamy and combined.

Serve

Garnish with green onion, sliced jalapeños, cilantro and/or avocados. Serve with chips and enjoy!
