Cook
Heat a medium cast iron skillet, cook skillet until crispy & then crumble. Add ground beef & onions and cook until hamburger is cooked through.

Add
Return the skillet to the burner & add bacon, cream cheese, pickle juice, salt, pepper, and worcestershire, stirring until the cream cheese has melted.

Mix
Mix in ½ cup of cheddar and ½ cup of pepper jack. Add remaining cheese & place under broiler until golden & bubbly.

Serve
When ready to serve, top with the shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes and pickles.
