First, prep the scones by chopping the cheddar cheese block into diced cubes. Then, chop the sliced cooked bacon and mince the chives.

Dry Ingredients
Next, whisk together all of the dry ingredients.

Combine
Then, grate the butter into the dry ingredients. After, mix together thoroughly. Next, add in the chopped chives, cheese cubes and bacon.

Buttermilk
After mixing together the bacon, cheddar and chives, pour in the buttermilk until the consistency is a thick paste/dough.

Bake
Transfer dough onto a floured surface. Press firmly to form a 7” disc about ½” high. Cut into 8 wedges. Then, add to a parchment lined baking sheet & bake!
