Roast
Preheat oven. Place garlic in a cast iron skillet with tomatoes and fresh thyme. Drizzle olive oil over top. Toss & add salt and pepper. Roast for 30 minutes.

Boil
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the bucatini according to package instructions, for about 10 min. Drain and set aside.

Mash
Remove tomatoes from the oven. Remove thyme sprigs. Squeeze garlic into the tomatoes. Mash it all together to form a chunky sauce.

Serve
Add the pasta to the skillet and toss it all together. Top with burrata and fresh basil. Serve immediately.
