Sausage Balls

Why you'll love it

This is one of the the easiest crowd pleasing appetizers. They're perfect for game day and the holidays!

What you need:

cream cheese, softened ground Italian sausage cheddar cheese plain bread crumbs chives maple syrup salt & ground pepper garlic powder all-purpose flour

Combine

Add sausage ball ingredients (except for the flour) to the bowl and use the electric mixer to combine all the ingredients. Then, add in the flour.

Form

Form balls by scooping 2 tablespoons of the sausage mixture and rolling the balls between your palms.

Sauce

Mix together Greek yogurt, hot sauce, garlic paste, fresh lemon juice and a pinch of salt.

Garnish

Sprinkle the balls with cheese and place back in the oven until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with chives and serve!
