The Star = Goat Cheese!

The star of this bite-sized appetizer is goat cheese. Goat cheese is a creamy, mild cheese that's easy to turn into goat cheese balls!

Remove cold goat cheese from the fridge and roll into small balls. Per 4-oz. of goat cheese you should get 12 balls.

STEP 1: 

Dip each goat cheese ball in an egg wash to fully coat.

Then, dredge the goat cheese ball into a panko, pecan, garlic powder mixture to fully coat.

STEP 3: 

Line coated goat cheese balls on a baking sheet. Bake at 450ºF for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.

STEP 4: 

Honey Sriracha Dip Idea

Mix together 3 tablespoons of honey and 1/2 tablespoon sriracha to create a sweet and spicy dip.

Top baked goat cheese balls with honey and enjoy!
