Combine Ingredients & Chill
Using a stand mixer, combine ingredients to form dough. Then Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
Roll Out Dough
Roll out cookie dough on a floured surface using a rolling pin to 1/2-inch thick.
Cut Shapes, Freeze, & Bake
Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes and then freeze for 15 minutes. Once frozen, bake at 350ºF for 16 minutes.

Let cookies cool completely. Then, decorate with festive frosting and sprinkles and enjoy!
