Stuffed Mushrooms

These stuffed mushrooms are an easy and savory show-stopping appetizer!

What you need:

whole mushrooms olive oil minced shallot  garlic cloves fresh thyme salt cream cheese sharp white cheddar bread crumbs

Prepare 

Preheat oven to 400. Next, remove stems and clean mushrooms with dry paper towels. Then line mushrooms on prepared baking sheet.

Saute

Heat olive oil in skillet. Saute shallots then add mushroom stems and saute until browned. Remove from heat and add to a bowl.

Fill Mushrooms

To the bowl, add the dried thyme, salt, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and bread crumbs. Fill the mushrooms with the mixture.

Bake

Sprinkle mushroom caps with bread crumbs, cheddar cheese, and olive oil. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
