Mix
Place cream cheese and brown sugar into a bowl. Mix until well combined. Transfer into a piping bag. Set aside. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.

Whisk
In a separate bowl, add eggs, butter, and milk. Whisk until combined. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix to combine.

Heat
Heat a nonstick pan & spray with cooking spray. When pan is hot, scoop batter into the pan. Pipe cream cheese into a swirl in the center of each pancake.

Serve
Cover the cream cheese mixture with another scopp of batter. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Cook for 2-3 min. on each side. Top with your favorite toppings.
