Pound Cake

Perfectly rich and moist and topped with a decadent cream cheese icing.

What you need:

all-purpose flour baking powder salt unsalted butter cream cheese granulated sugar sour cream vanilla extract eggs powdered sugar 2% milk

Combine

Preheat oven to 350℉ and prepare a bread pan. In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, & salt. Add remaining cake ingredients to bowl & mix.

Bake

Beat in vanilla, sour cream, & eggs. Scrape the sides of the bowl & add flour mixture into the wet. Mix until smooth. Bake at 350ΒΊF for 50-55 minutes.

Whip

Remove from oven & allow to cool. Whip the cream cheese for 1-2 minutes. Add powdered sugar & milk & cream until the icing is smooth.

Top

Pour icing over the top of the cooled pound cake. Top each slice with fresh berries.
