Pie with Strawberries

Why you'll love it

This strawberry cream cheese pie is the perfect summer dessert for any occasion.

What you need:

graham cracker crumb crushed pretzel twists whole pretzels unsalted butter cream cheese powdered sugar vanilla extract heavy whipping cream fresh strawberries granulated sugar

Combine

Combine crushed graham crackers, pretzels, and melted butter. Transfer into pie pan. Press crust to cover bottom & sides & bake at 350.

Fill

Add cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, & whipping cream & beat for 2 to 3 minutes. Fill crust with the cream cheese mixture & refrigerate.

Boil

Add water & sugar to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil for 5 min. While the simple syrup is cooking, slice the strawberries in half. Set aside.

Serve

Pour syrup over strawberries & refrigerator. Spoon strawberries over pie. When ready to serve, drizzle syrup & serve in slices.
