Mashed Potatoes

Why you'll love it

Super creamy, flavorful and ready to serve in under 30 minutes.

What you need:

russet potatoes cream cheese unsalted butter salt ground black pepper

Boil

Add the peeled and chunked potatoes to a pot of salted water. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, cook for 10-15 minutes.

Drain

When the potatoes are fork tender, drain and add the potatoes back into the pot.

Mash

Using a potato masher, mash the potatoes until all of the pieces are broken up.

Serve

Next, add the cream cheese, butter, salt, and pepper to the pot and mix together. Serve immediately.
