all-purpose flour
salt
unsalted butter
cold water
cream cheeseÂ
powdered sugar
maple syrup
water
jam
Mix
In a large bowl add the flour, butter, & salt. Cut butter into flour until crumbly. Add water, bring dough together into ball. Form a disk, wrap in plastic.

Roll
Refrigerate for 1 hr. Remove dough & flour surface. Roll into rectangle & fold in half. Repeat until folded 6 times. Wrap & refrigerate overnight.

Whip
In a bowl add cream cheese & powdered sugar. Whip together until cream cheese is smooth. Preheat the oven to 400℉. Roll dough & cut into 8 pieces.

Bake
Add cream cheese mix & jam to center of dough. Mix maple syrup & water. Brush outside of pastry & bake for 20 min. or until golden brown!
