Wet Ingredients
First, cream the butter and cream cheese together with a stand mixer. Then, add the sugars and cream again. Scrape down the sides and add the egg and vanilla.

Dry Ingredients
Whisk together the dry ingredients, and slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Then, fold in the chocolate chips.

Scoop
Next, use a cookie scoop to scoop out dough onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Then freeze the dough for 15 minutes.

Serve
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove the tray from the oven and tap it on the counter a few times. Bake again for another 3-5 min. until golden brown. Enjoy!
