Chicken Chili

Why you'll love it

This cream cheese chili is made in the Instant Pot and ready in under 30 minutes.

What you need:

red onion chicken breast salsa verde cream cheese chicken broth black beans pinto beans green pepper corn cumin hot sauce

Saute

Turn instant pot to saute & add olive oil. Add garlic, red onion, & salt. Saute for 3-4 min. Turn off saute. Add salsa verde, cream cheese,  chicken breast, & broth.

Cook

Seal valve & set to manual high pressure. Set time to 8 min. When timer goes off, do a quick release. Remove the chicken and set aside.

Mix

Add remaining broth and salsa & other ingredients. Mix. Turn the saute feature back on. Use 2 forks to shred the chicken breast into small pieces.

Serve

Add the chicken back into the IP and mix to combine. Let chili simmer over the saute feature for 5 minutes. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
