Cut
Cut chicken in half lengthwise. Place in a bowl. Add flour, salt, & pepper. Mix chicken until completely coated in flour. Cook chicken & set aside.

Cook
Add remaining olive oil to the skillet. Add mushrooms, onions, & peppers. Cook for 4-5 min. then add garlic, paprika, & thyme, and cook for an additional minute.

Melt
Next, add the wine to deglaze the pan & cook for 1-2 min. Place the broth & cream cheese in skillet and break it apart to help melt.

Serve
Add the chicken to the pan and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta.
