Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits

Made easily in your own kitchen, these taste even better than the real thing!

What you need:

all-purpose flour sugar baking powder baking soda salt garlic powder unsalted butter cheddar cheese buttermilk garlic salt dried parsley

Mix

Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, & garlic powder into a large bowl. Set aside. Cut 12 tbsp. of butter into mix until pebble sized pieces form.

Scoop

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese. Add in the buttermilk. Use a spoon to stir together. Scoop biscuits onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake

Place biscuits into the freezer for 10 min. Preheat oven to 400℉. Bake for 18 minutes. Melt butter & stir in garlic salt & dried parsley.

Serve

Brush the butter mixture on top of the baked biscuits. Serve immediately.
