Whip
Add heavy cream, cinnamon & vanilla and beat on medium speed. Gradually add powdered sugar. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form.

Fold
Fold mascarpone cheese into 1/3 of cream. Add to remaining whipped cream & gently fold together. Be careful not to deflate the cream.

Layer
Dip lady fingers into espresso & place on bottom of serving dish. Spread mascarpone mix over top & repeat another layer of lady fingers & mascarpone mix.

Serve
Transfer the tiramisu to the fridge and allow it to set. When ready to serve, sift cocoa powder over the tiramisu.
