Chicken Parmesan

Why you'll love it

Crispy chicken coated in a breadcrumb crust, topped with marinara & mozzarella!

What you need:

chicken breast all-purpose flour  kosher salt black pepper panko bread crumbs grated parmesan eggs olive oil marinara sauce shredded mozzarella

Pound

Pound chicken until flattened out & about ¼ inch thick. Place flour on a plate. On a separate plate add flour, bread crumbs & parmesan cheese.

Dredge

Add eggs to a bowl & whisk. Dredge chicken in flour, then eggs, then bread crumbs. Continue until all chicken is coated. Heat olive oil & add 3-4 breasts to pan.

Cook

Cook for 3 min., flip, and cook for an additional 2-3 min. Place chicken on a sheet pan. Spread marinara sauce over each breast. Top with cheese.

Serve

Set oven to broil. Broil for 1-2 min. or until the cheese is completely melted. Allow resting for 5 minutes before serving. Serve on its own or over pasta.
