Chocolate Chip Ricotta Pancakes

Make these fluffy chocolate chip ricotta pancakes for a light and fluffy pancake recipe!

What you need:

ricotta cheese whole milk eggs butter vanilla extract all-purpose flour sugar baking powder chocolate chips

Whisk

Whisk together ricotta, milk, eggs, melted butter, &vanilla until smooth. Add flour, sugar, & baking powder.  Fold in chocolate chips.

Cook

Preheat a large nonstick skillet. Grease and spoon ¼ cup-sized pancakes onto the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.

Repeat

You’ll know the pancakes are ready to flip when they start to bubble on top & turn golden brown around edges. Repeat steps until batter is gone.

Serve

Serve topped with your favorite garnishes. Store any leftover pancakes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
