Add butter and sugar into the mixing bowl. Mix until combined - about 2-3 minutes.

Mix Batter

Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix until combined.

Bake

Transfer the batter into a muffin tin, filling each muffin up 3/4 of the way full. Bake at 350ΒΊF for 18-20 minutes.

Cool and Enjoy!

Let muffins cool for at least 20 minutes before removing from the pan. Enjoy for breakfast or a snack.
