greek yogurt
dijon mustard
deli swiss cheese
deli ham
corn flakes
paprika
heavy cream
shredded swiss cheese

Marinate
Combine ingredients for yogurt sauce & set aside. Prepare chicken breasts by pounding to 1/4 inch thickness. Marinate in yogurt sauce.

Roll
Place corn flakes & seasonings into food processor. Toast in skillet & then set aside. Remove chicken & roll in swiss cheese & ham. Tie.

Roll
Roll in corn flakes & bake for 20 min. Prepare cheese sauce by heating heavy cream. Add mustard, salt, & pepper & stir. Add the shredded swiss & stir until thickens.

Serve
When the chicken is done, remove the twine and then place the chicken on a plate and drizzle each chicken with the swiss cheese sauce.
