Cherry Ricotta Cake

This cherry ricotta cake is made with fresh cherries and come out airy and moist!

What you need:

Assemble

Assemble all of your ingredients for the ricotta cake.

Cream Butter & Sugar

In a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until it's nice and smooth.

Mix Batter

Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth. Finally add in fresh cherries and mix again.

Bake

Transfer batter into a 9-inch springform pan. Then add cherries on top. Bake at 350ΒΊF for45-60 minutes or until cake is bouncy to touch.

Cool & Slice

Let cherry ricotta cake cool for 10 minute before releasing from pan. Then, sprinkle on powdered sugar. Slice and serve once completely cooled!
