Potato Skins

Why you'll love it

Made with cheddar cheese, bacon, and topped with seasoned sour cream!

What you need:

baked potatoes  butter Lawry’s seasoning cheddar cheese cooked bacon  green onions  sour cream mayonnaise lemon juice

Cut

Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise & scoop out the inside leaving a thin layer of potato. Brush with the seasoned melted butter & bake for 10 min. at 425.

Mix

While the potatoes are cooking, make the seasoned sour cream. Place all of the ingredients into a small bowl and mix until well combined.

Top

Take the potato skins out of the oven and top with the shredded cheddar cheese and bacon crumbles. Bake for another 10 minutes.

Serve

Top the cheesy potato skins with the seasoned sour cream and garnish them with thinly sliced green onions.
