Hashbrown Potatoes

Cheesy potatoes filled with tons of cheddar cheese and a corn flakes topping!

What you need:

bag cubed hashbrowns cheddar cheese corn flakes cereal butter sour cream cream of chicken soup onion powder fresh parsley salt & pepper

Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9x13 casserole dish with olive nonstick cooking spray.

Add Ingredients

In a large bowl mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, dried onion, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper. Then add hashbrowns and cheese and combine.

Pour Into Dish

Pour into baking dish, pat into an even layer & add remaining cheese. Make corn flake topping and sprinkle over the casserole.

Bake

Bake for 50-55 minutes or until cheese is melted and potatoes are fork tender. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!
