Duchess Potatoes

Why you'll love it

These cheesy duchess potatoes are a level-up to classic mashed potatoes!

What you need:

Yukon gold potatoes  unsalted butter  egg yolks dried thyme fresh chives fresh parsley ground nutmeg salt & pepper gruyere cheese  parmesan cheese

Mash

First, boil your potatoes until tender. Then, mash them with a potato masher until all lumps are gone. Then, mix in butter and egg yolks.

Combine

Next, mix in the cheeses, spices and salt and pepper. Mix until throughly combined.

Pipe

Next, pipe the mashed potato mixer with a piping bag and tip of your choice onto a lined baking sheet. Then, bake at 425ºF for 18-20 minutes

Serve

When the potatoes are done, let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
